We value your privacy. It is our policy and promise to you that we will never sell or release information to anyone about our visitors to this site and customers of Automotive Candystore without your prior consent.
From time to time we may email or snails mail you on upcoming specials and events. For any reason you would prefer not to be included in our personal email or snail mailer please email, write us or stop by the store and let us know.
Many products carry the manufacturers warranty except where noted by manufacturer. (i.e. racing parts normally do not carry a warranty). Some products are warranted and their warranty is handled directly through manufacturer. Please contact us for any warranty issues and we can direct you to the appropriate manufacturer as required. This process should speed any warranty related issues. All warranties are non-transferable. The warranty does not cover drive train products (suspension, engine, transmission, etc.) unless otherwise stated. The product will be inspected upon our receipt (See "Returns"). At Automotive Candystore's discretion, products that are determined to qualify for warranty will be replaced or monies refunded. Items not covered under warranty will be returned COD unless requested otherwise. This warranty policy does not cover damage or wear from usage and/or neglect and all racing parts carry no warranty. 3M products carry specific warranty - contact us directly for information. Any damage during shipment of the product shall be handled directly through the shipper. Please note if you elect NOT to insure the product (free shipping items) the risk is bore on the purchaser. Automotive Candystore would be happy to provide any information to support your shipping claim.

Payment - In Store
All payments shall be either Cash. US money order, bank check or VISA, MASTERCARD and Debit Card.
Payment - Mail Order
All payments shall be either US money order, certified bank check, or through Pay Pal. All funds shall be in US funds and draw from a US bank. Sorry we do not accept personal checks or business checks. To pay by money order or certified bank check complete the Pay Pal process through "check out" - copy paste the shopping cart into an email to us, state your payment method and include your shipping address with phone number. Forward funds with a copy of the Pay Pal shopping cart to Automotive Candystore P.O. Box 922, Palm City, Florida 34991. Do not send funds without email confirmation.
All credit card transactions are handled by Pay Pal. You may setup a Pay Pal account during the check out process for quick and easy payment or click on the link below. Pay Pal accepts all major credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD AND e-check.
You may also fax in your order with your credit card information,, card type, card number, expiration date, CID number and signature,, full shipping address with phone number - we will only ship to the credit card statement address.

""Free Shipping" offers are for ground shipment with in the 48 states - excludes Hawaii and Alaska - no insurance added or tracking information is supplied. Additional charges would apply should the customer have special shipments requirements. We will gladly add insurance and/or tracking to your order - please let the sales attendant know at time of order and you will be charged accordingly. We ship with a carrier of our choice. Should you make a payment via the internet (without phoning in your order) no insurance or tracking information will be added and the shipment will be ship only. Should you elect to not insure or track products ordered - you bear full responsibility should the shipment be lost or damaged. We will always have a record of the shipment. Please contact us for insurance or other special shipment options and will be charged accordingly.
All orders not shipped under the "Free Shipping" are subject to shipping and handling charges, which may be noted when you check out otherwise email us and we will provide you the costs. Do to our unique location we ship products twice a week usually on Wednesday and Saturdays. Automotive Candystore's shipping partners are Federal Express, UPS and United States Postal Service for all international and domestic locations. We will determine the best shipping method based on size, weight, cost etc. We cannot honor requests for shipment of items utilizing a particular shipping carrier. We ship only to a Pay Pal "Confirmed” addresses and will refund monies if the "ship to" address is NOT a "Confirmed" Pay Pal address. If the product is insurance - any damage or lost products shall by made directly with the carrier. Should you require additional information on your order for the insurance claim please email us.
Customs Charges: We are required by law to reveal the contents of packages shipped to US and Canada and to state the value of the shipments. Customs charges may be levied when the package reaches the country.
You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes or customs brokerage fees. These amounts must be paid at time of delivery, so please provide a shipping address at which someone will be able to accept delivery. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot estimate as what these charge might be. You may wish to contact your local custom’s office. If for any reason the package is seized by customs officials, we will not issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. If the package is returned to us by customs officials or delivery is otherwise unsuccessful, shipping charges are not refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply if we need to reship a package that was returned to us due to delivery problems.

*Shipping and handling rates on international orders will need to be confirmed prior to ordering. Please email us with your confirmed Pay Pal mailing address so we can provide shipping and handling rates to your location. We do not ship to any other address.

We guarantee satisfaction with all of the accessories we sell, and do our best to ensure you're getting quality products you'll enjoy.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 7 days of receiving your order - no hassles. The item(s) must be in new condition, not installed,, packaged in the original packaging, with parts - unopened (all hardware and directions) and paperwork.
Exception to the return policy: No returns on bathing suits and tops.
Orders returned within 7 days in new, ready-to-sell condition will receive a full refund, excluding any shipping costs and handling costs and will not be charged a restocking fee.
** Automotive Candystore does not accept returns of used or installed items, returns of products noted in the description as non-returnable (such as custom paint-matched products), or items returned more than 7 days after delivery. Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. Items subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee if they are returned without defect (return to stock), or the reason for return is not the fault of Automotive Candystore. The vast majorities of our customers are extremely happy with the items, and never need to return them.
** International orders may only be exchanged if the item is defective. No other returns/exchanges will be accepted and shipping is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you use Insurance.
Any items shipped "free of charge" shall be returned - insured and track able - Automotive Candystore is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. A 15% - 25% restocking fee plus the "original shipping cost" will be charged back to the customer.
Prior to the return of any products you must receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#); this can be obtained via email or phone. You must specify the original invoice number with invoice date when requesting RA #. All merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid with a copy of the invoice and reason for the return. Items returned without obtaining RA # first or without clearly displaying the number on the front of the package are subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee.
Should your original order be shipped in our error Automotive Candystore will refund the full cost of the product or ship you the correct product and refund the shipping cost back to our facility.
